REFUND POLICY
Sales are final and we do not accept returns, cancellations or refunds after the order and payment is made.
In the event that you have received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us at lettersofpraise@gmail.com with details of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. Depending on the verified issue, we may replace the wrong or damage item, or offer a refund.
Our policy to replace or refund does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
